Supporting the Marketing and Business Development team with the provision of day-to-day operational work, including:
- Proactively working with departments, sectors and branch offices to identify and coordinate business development activity, and keep track of outcomes to monitor ROI.
- Supporting teams in targeting potential clients and developing existing relationships.
- Supporting the creation of pitch documents and presentations to strengthen client relationships.
- Identifying BD opportunities to enhance the firm’s profile including events and partnerships.
- Responsibility for the CRM database and keeping this up to date.
- Assist in the reporting of work streams & campaigns to help understand and influence future strategy and identify risks/opportunities
- Supporting the Marketing Executive on internal & external events where additional resource is required, this may require travel to our other office locations and surrounding areas.
- Assisting in the follow-up of events to ensure positive outcomes.
- Supporting the delivery of comprehensive marketing and BD plans for the firm as required.
- Monitor and track firm-wide relationships with prospects, intermediaries, and referral networks.
- Supporting the delivery of sector focussed campaigns and other business development initiatives as required.
Skills and experience:
- A business marketing related degree or equivalent. experience/qualification.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).
- A valid driving licence and access to a car, insured for business use.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail.
- A high level of self-motivation and ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to develop strong relationships, network and manage stakeholders
Desirable experience:
- Experience working in the legal or professional services sector.
