A leading regional player in Digital-out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising in the Middle East, the company has recently expanded its operations to London as part of its global growth strategy. Established in the UAE in 2011, the company partners with developers and property management firms to install and operate digital screens within the lifts and lobbies of residential and commercial buildings. Its current network includes over 1,800 digital screens across 600 premium locations. In the UK, the company operates a network of 350 digital screens across 225 residential buildings in London, with plans to install an additional 300 screens.
The Media Sales Manager will be crucial in driving sales for DOOH advertising across the company's expanding digital screen network in the UK. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in OOH/DOOH advertising, with a comprehensive understanding of the DOOH ecosystem, including hardware, content management, and programmatic DOOH. Leveraging existing relationships with OOH specialists and media agency planning teams will be essential for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Development: Identify and develop revenue opportunities through calls and face-to-face meetings with existing clients and potential prospects, including delivering sales presentations.
- Client Collaboration: Work with clients to identify new objectives and develop media plans to achieve these goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the entire campaign process, from prospecting and identifying customer needs to proposing inventory, presenting proposals, generating contracts, and following up on campaign success and analysis.
- Client Journey: Manage the complete client journey, from proposal through to measurement and reporting.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all sales-related paperwork in a timely manner and manage campaign information in the company's CRM, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Operations Coordination: Collaborate closely with the media operations team from the prospecting phase through to campaign launch and execution.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about the OOH market and competitor activities.
- Community Involvement: Engage in business community activities and events.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor both internally and externally.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director and network with local and national advertisers.
