We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing out of home media owners as they look to appoint a Regional Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team across the North. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader who enjoys building successful teams, driving regional growth and creating a positive, performance-led culture. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching, supporting a team of Business Development Managers selling digital and traditional OOH advertising solutions to SME and public sector clients.

The role:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of circa 10 Business Development Managers
  • Drive regional revenue performance and deliver against ambitious growth targets
  • Build and execute regional sales strategies aligned to national objectives
  • Support teams in the field, strengthening client relationships and new business activity
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline across the region
  • Act as a senior representative of the business in client meetings and presentations

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing successful sales teams, ideally within media, advertising or a related commercial environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in client negotiations
  • A natural coach who enjoys developing talent and building high-performing cultures
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a field-based leadership role with regular regional travel
