Partnerships Manager

A leading national media group is looking for an experienced and creative Partnerships Manager to join its agency team based in Manchester. This role is central to driving regional partnership revenue and delivering impactful, multi-platform campaigns across audio and publishing channels.
The ideal candidate will be confident developing strategic agency relationships, crafting compelling media solutions, and leading on creative storytelling that connects with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting partnership briefs and identifying strong creative responses
- Leading ideation sessions with editorial teams and applying audience insight
- Creating and delivering standout pitch presentations
- Building long-term relationships with regional agencies and clients
- Supporting new business development and revenue growth strategies
- Working closely with project and account teams from concept through to execution
Key Requirements:
- Solid experience in media partnerships or branded content roles
- Strong understanding of the UK media landscape, particularly across radio and digital
- Proven ability to build and deliver creative, commercially effective solutions
- Confident presenter and communicator with a collaborative approach
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
