We are working with a well‑established media business looking for an Operations Coordinator to join its team on an initial six‑month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident with Excel and enjoys working with data. You’ll play an important role in supporting the operations team during a period of change, helping ensure reporting and information provided to clients, agencies and internal teams is accurate and delivered on time.
You don’t necessarily need previous media experience – strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems quickly are the most important things.
The Role
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Executive, you will be responsible for producing, updating and checking a range of reports and statements.
Responsibilities
- Producing and updating monthly client trading summaries
- Taking data from Power BI and transferring it accurately into established Excel reports
- Checking formulas, totals and data for accuracy
- Reconciling reports against financial information
- Ensuring client and agency invoices are correctly reflected within reports
- Producing agency summaries as required
- Updating and distributing media owner statements
- Running reports using Nielsen/Ad Intel to provide client and competitor information
- Liaising with finance, client and media teams to investigate any discrepancies
- Supporting improvements to existing operational processes
- Helping explore more efficient ways of working, including potential AI‑assisted reconciliation
Full training will be provided on the relevant internal systems, Power BI reporting and Ad Intel.
