Role Overview
They are looking for an Account Manager with 4+ years’ media owner sales experience to play a key role in the company’s growth. You’ll be responsible for generating revenue across leading media agencies and OOH specialists, helping shape the commercial strategy as the business scales. Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets in collaboration with the CRO and wider team
- Maintain and grow existing relationships while winning new agency and client business
- Deliver a consistent pipeline, including 8 meetings per week (split across agencies and specialists)
- Respond to media briefs quickly, maximising revenue opportunities and enhancing responses
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), ensuring a strong and active pipeline
- Present effectively to agencies and specialists using tailored sales materials
- Ensure all admin aligns with company processes and standards
- Represent the business professionally, including occasional client entertainment
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Manage key accounts, building deep relationships with planners and understanding client objectives
- Stay ahead of OOH and wider advertising trends, sharing insights internally
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver high-quality, impactful presentations and campaigns
