The Opportunity
We're partnering with one of the most exciting businesses in premium Out-of-Home advertising.
With an expanding portfolio of iconic large-format and digital sites across some of Europe's most prestigious locations, this business is redefining how luxury brands use Outdoor. Its portfolio spans landmark destinations in London, Milan, Paris and Madrid, with a particular focus on premium retail, fashion and lifestyle environments.
Following continued investment and growth, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Account Director to help drive agency revenue and further strengthen its position within the UK OOH market.
This is an opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial business at an exciting stage of its growth, taking ownership of key agency relationships while helping shape the future commercial success of the UK operation.
The Role
Reporting into the UK leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships across London's leading Outdoor specialists, media agencies and investment teams.
You'll become a trusted commercial partner to your agencies, identifying opportunities, responding to briefs with innovative solutions and proactively driving new business across your patch.
Working with premium advertising environments and some of the world's most recognisable luxury, fashion, automotive, beauty and lifestyle brands, you'll deliver strategic, creative and commercially successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships across Outdoor specialist agencies and major media agency groups.
- Build senior relationships with planners, buyers, investment teams and key decision makers.
- Respond to client briefs with strategic, creative and commercially compelling proposals.
- Identify and generate new revenue opportunities across both existing and prospective agency partners.
- Deliver engaging presentations showcasing premium Out-of-Home opportunities.
- Manage campaigns from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal marketing, operations and commercial teams to maximise campaign success.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and client entertainment.
- Contribute ideas, market insight and strategic thinking to support the continued growth of the UK business.
About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven success in an Account Director or Senior Account Manager role within Out-of-Home, DOOH or the wider media industry.
- Strong existing relationships with Outdoor specialists, media agencies and investment teams.
- A proven track record of delivering revenue growth and developing long-term agency partnerships.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Commercially astute with a consultative approach to selling.
- Passion for premium brands, creativity and innovative advertising solutions.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business.
- A collaborative team player with the ambition to help build something special.
