A leading media organisation is seeking an Audio Sales Coordinator to support its established Agency Sales function in London. This role is well suited to someone with a strong interest in media sales and commercial trading, who is highly organised and confident working with agency partners. The Audio Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing audio airtime activity, supporting revenue delivery and helping maintain long-standing agency relationships.
Working closely with experienced sales professionals, this position offers excellent exposure to agency trading, campaign strategy and commercial negotiations, with clear progression opportunities into a sales role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, booking and administering audio airtime campaigns in line with agency agreements and commercial targets
- Supporting the sales team with proposal creation, pricing and follow-up

- Tracking agency and client spend to support revenue growth and forecasting
- Producing sales reports and post-campaign analysis for agency reviews
