We are looking for an experienced OOH sales professional to lead a high-performing agency sales team across the Dentsu and Publicis agency groups. Please note: Recent and extensive Out-of-Home media sales experience is essential for this position. Applications without relevant OOH experience will not be considered.

This senior commercial role will take ownership of agency strategy, revenue growth and senior stakeholder relationships. You will lead and develop a team of Account Directors and Account Managers while identifying opportunities to strengthen agency partnerships and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the commercial strategy for the agency patch
  • Lead revenue growth across Dentsu and Publicis
  • Build relationships with senior agency stakeholders
  • Create tailored account plans that unlock new opportunities
  • Coach and develop a team of Account Directors and Account Managers
  • Contribute to wider sales strategy, forecasting and commercial planning

About you:

  • Strong and recent OOH media sales experience – essential
  • Established relationships across media agencies and OOH specialists
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and delivering revenue growth
  • Confidence engaging with Managing Partners, Business Directors and other senior stakeholders
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or developing colleagues
  • Previous management experience is beneficial but not essential
  • A commercial, strategic and proactive approach

This is an excellent opportunity for an established OOH sales leader or a high-performing senior Account Director with mentoring experience who is ready to move into team management. The position offers hybrid working, typically three days in the London office, alongside an excellent benefits package.
