We are working with one of the UK’s leading Out of Home media businesses to find an Agency Group Head to lead one of its most important agency patches. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OOH salesperson who is ready to step into a broader leadership role, combining senior agency relationships, commercial strategy and team development.
The Role
- You’ll take responsibility for a major agency group, working across Dentsu and Publicis, leading a team of Agency Account Directors and Account Managers.
- The patch includes significant existing spend as well as plenty of opportunity for further growth, so the role is about protecting and developing key relationships while identifying where additional revenue can be unlocked.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking commercial ownership of the Dentsu and Publicis agency patch
- Developing and delivering the overall agency strategy
- Leading, coaching and supporting a team of Account Directors and Account Managers
- Building strong relationships with senior agency stakeholders including Managing Partners and Business Directors
- Working with the team to create individual agency account plans
- Identifying new revenue and growth opportunities
- Helping the team respond to briefs and develop commercially strong solutions
- Forecasting and managing revenue across the agency group
- Contributing to wider commercial strategy alongside the senior leadership team
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in OOH media sales who understands the agency landscape and is ready to take on greater responsibility. You’ll ideally have:
- Strong OOH media sales experience
- Excellent relationships across media agencies and OOH specialists
- A proven track record of growing revenue
- Confidence dealing with senior agency stakeholders
- Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues
- A commercial and strategic approach to agency development
- The ability to motivate and get the best from a team
- The ambition to take the next step in your career
Previous formal management experience is useful but not essential. This could be the ideal first leadership role for a high-performing senior agency salesperson.
