We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing business operating at the intersection of experiential marketing, events, tech and brand activations. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build a career within experiential, live events or client services, joining a highly collaborative team delivering standout projects for globally recognised brands. The role will suit someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple moving parts across live projects and operational delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of brand activations, launches and live events
  • Acting as a key liaison between clients, venues and internal teams
  • Managing project admin, logistics and compliance documentation
  • Coordinating operational requirements including RAMS, access and permissions
  • Supporting live projects from planning through to execution
  • Maintaining accurate project and listing data across internal systems
  • Attending site visits and live events where required
