We're looking for an Account Executive to join a high-performing London sales team, supporting relationships with leading media agencies and OOH specialists while helping to drive revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of roadside and retail media assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset, strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for the media industry. You'll gain exposure to both traditional and digital OOH channels, work closely with senior leadership and play an active role in a business that is investing heavily in growth.

The Role

  • Working closely with the Sales Director and wider commercial team, you'll support the delivery of revenue targets while developing relationships across agencies, specialists and key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and develop relationships with media agencies and OOH specialists
  • Assist with campaign planning, negotiations and bookings
  • Support proactive sales pitches and client presentations
  • Help maximise share of spend across agency portfolios
  • Work collaboratively with trading, delivery, marketing and strategy teams
  • Manage campaign reservations and ensure bookings are processed accurately
  • Analyse agency and client performance using CRM systems and sales data
  • Identify opportunities to improve yields, grow revenue and generate new business
  • Develop a strong understanding of the OOH and retail media landscape

About You

  • Previous experience in media sales, advertising sales or a client-facing commercial role is beneficial
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and motivated
  • Commercially minded with a desire to develop a career in media sales
  • Passionate about the OOH and advertising industry
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
