Infinity Outdoor is seeking a highly motivated Account Director to join its commercial team. This role will focus on developing and growing relationships with specialist Outdoor agencies and media agency groups, driving revenue across Infinity Outdoor's portfolio of premium Out of Home advertising assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key agency partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities and ensuring Infinity Outdoor remains front of mind for planners and buyers looking to deliver effective outdoor advertising campaigns for their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist Outdoor agencies and media agency groups.
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management and proactive business development.
- Identify opportunities to increase agency spend and secure a greater share of market investment.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, market updates and campaign proposals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of agency and client objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and exceed expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the UK Out of Home advertising market, including industry trends, audience insights and competitor activity.
- Accurately manage pipeline activity, forecasting and revenue reporting.
- Represent Infinity Outdoor at industry events, agency meetings and networking opportunities.
About You
- Proven success within media sales, ideally gained within an Out of Home media owner environment.
- Established relationships with specialist Outdoor agencies and media agency groups.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute with a consultative approach to selling.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and comfortable working within a fast‑paced business.
- Passionate about Out of Home advertising and the role it plays within the wider media mix.
