An experienced Account Director is now being sought to join the Agency Sales team. This is a senior role for someone who excels at building influential agency partnerships, shaping strategy and driving sustainable commercial growth across a defined agency group.
The Role- Own and develop senior agency relationships across a designated patch
- Drive consistent year-on-year growth in brand activity and spend
- Proactively identify, shape and convert new commercial opportunities
- Act as an ambassador for the company’s products, technology, research and partnerships
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to create innovative, commercially strong DOOH solutions
- Lead bespoke agency engagement initiatives, including breakfasts, lunch & learn sessions and large-scale agency events
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through Salesforce
- Share insight, knowledge and best practice across the wider Agency Sales team
- Highly commercial with a proven track record in agency sales
- Experienced in influencing media planning and investment decisions within OOH
- A confident and engaging presenter, comfortable working with senior agency stakeholders
- Well-versed in the wider media ecosystem
- Proactive, curious and self-motivated, with strong commercial instincts
- Collaborative in approach, contributing to a high-performing and inclusive team culture
