We’re working on an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join a growing media business delivering high-impact campaigns across broadcast and outdoor environments. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in broadcast media sales (TV, AV or video), who understands how to translate linear campaigns into broader, multi-channel opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and grow strong relationships with media agencies across key groups
- Respond to briefs with creative, broadcast-led and commercially compelling proposals
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and re-engage lapsed clients
- Support and mentor Account Managers and Executives
- Contribute to sales strategy and revenue planning
- Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly
- Use market insight and broadcast trends to generate new ideas
