A leading media owner is hiring for an Agency Group Head to take ownership of a key group of specialist Out-of-Home (OOH) agencies. This leadership role is focused on driving commercial growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and developing strong, long-term agency partnerships.

This is ideal for someone who knows the OOH space well and is ready to step into a people-leadership role. The Agency Group Head will manage a team of Agency Account Directors and Managers, all aligned to the same agency patch, and work closely with internal stakeholders across planning, marketing, and senior leadership.

The role is split between commercial strategy, hands-on team leadership, and senior-level agency engagement. You’ll be responsible for shaping account plans, driving revenue, spotting new opportunities, and ensuring your team is fully equipped to deliver on both client expectations and internal targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a clear commercial strategy for a group of specialist OOH agencies
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Directors and Managers, supporting their professional development and performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across agencies (Managing Partners, Business Directors, etc.)
  • Work with your team to build agency account plans that align with client needs and unlock long-term growth
  • Collaborate with wider commercial leadership on forecasting, pipeline development, and planning
