An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a high-performing national sales team within one of the UK's fastest-growing media sectors. Working across a premium portfolio of roadside and retail media assets, you'll be responsible for managing relationships with major OOH specialists and media agencies, driving revenue growth and helping shape the future of a rapidly expanding digital media business. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the evolving OOH and DOOH landscape, collaborating with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in delivering ambitious commercial growth plans.
The Role
- Reporting into senior leadership, you will manage a portfolio of agency relationships, helping to drive revenue across both roadside and place-based media channels.
- Working closely with trading, delivery, marketing and strategy teams, you'll be responsible for developing agency partnerships, increasing market share and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage and develop relationships with leading OOH specialists and media agencies
- Support campaign negotiations across key agency accounts
- Collaborate on proactive sales pitches and new business opportunities
- Maximise share of spend across agency portfolios
- Build strong internal relationships across commercial, delivery and strategy teams
- Ensure all campaign activity is accurately booked and managed
- Present regularly to agency and client teams
- Analyse agency and client performance using CRM systems and sales data
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, yields and long-term account growth
- Develop expert knowledge across the business's product portfolio and capabilities
- Contribute to internal planning sessions and commercial strategy discussions
About You
- Minimum two years' experience in OOH media sales
- Strong understanding of the UK media and advertising landscape
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
- Highly organised, proactive and motivated
- Comfortable presenting to agency and client audiences
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and CRM skills
- Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
