We're looking for an Account Executive to join a high-performing London sales team, supporting relationships with leading media agencies and OOH specialists while helping to drive revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of roadside and retail media assets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset, strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for the media industry. You'll gain exposure to both traditional and digital OOH channels, work closely with senior leadership and play an active role in a business that is investing heavily in growth.
The Role
Working closely with the Sales Director and wider commercial team, you'll support the delivery of revenue targets while developing relationships across agencies, specialists and key internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and develop relationships with media agencies and OOH specialists
- Assist with campaign planning, negotiations and bookings
- Support proactive sales pitches and client presentations
- Help maximise share of spend across agency portfolios
- Work collaboratively with trading, delivery, marketing and strategy teams
- Manage campaign reservations and ensure bookings are processed accurately
- Analyse agency and client performance using CRM systems and sales data
- Identify opportunities to improve yields, grow revenue and generate new business
- Develop a strong understanding of the OOH and retail media landscape
About You
- Previous experience in media sales, advertising sales or a client-facing commercial role is beneficial
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive and motivated
- Commercially minded with a desire to develop a career in media sales
- Passionate about the OOH and advertising industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
