Harrison Dear Sales are working in partnership with an award-winning media owner known for delivering high-impact digital canvases and innovative DOOH campaigns across some of the UK’s most prominent locations. They are now looking to hire an Account Director to join their agency sales team, taking ownership of key agency relationships and playing a central role in driving commercial growth through strategic brand partnerships. This opportunity will suit someone who thrives in an agency-facing environment — commercially sharp, creatively minded, and confident influencing media planning decisions.

The role:

  • Owning and developing relationships across a defined agency group
  • Identifying and converting new revenue opportunities across your agency patch
  • Positioning innovative DOOH solutions that deliver creative and commercial value
  • Working closely with internal teams to shape compelling campaign opportunities
  • Delivering agency engagement initiatives including presentations, events and planning sessions
  • Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Managing pipeline activity and maintaining strong commercial discipline
