A leading force in the Out of Home (OOH) media space is looking for a commercially minded Client Lead with a passion for media and a deep understanding of the FMCG sector. This is a senior, strategic role focused on driving meaningful client partnerships, unlocking new revenue streams, and elevating the position of OOH within the broader media mix. Reporting into the Strategic Partner for FMCG, the successful candidate will work closely with advertisers, media agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to create stand-out, data-driven campaigns that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Within the first 6 months:
- Review and enhance the existing go-to-market strategy to align with business and market priorities.
- Develop and begin rolling out a tailored “3 x C’s” strategy (Contact, Content, Channel).
- Engage directly with senior advertiser stakeholders to build strong, trusted relationships.
- Lead the delivery of inspiring OOH workshops and Playground sessions to drive awareness and understanding of the channel.
- Build and nurture deep relationships with FMCG clients, media agencies, and creative partners.
- Develop compelling content and category insights for both internal and external use.
- Act as a category champion, staying informed on key trends and shifts within FMCG.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and position OOH as a key player in the media strategy.
- Collaborate with internal commercial and marketing teams to support major pitches and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and champion a data-first approach.
- Represent the business across industry events and thought leadership opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–10+ years’ experience in media (media owner, agency, or client-side).
- Strong knowledge of OOH and its role in the FMCG media mix.
- Proven ability to influence spend and drive commercial growth.
- A strategic thinker with a creative and solutions-led mindset.
- Confident communicator and presenter, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute and results-driven.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous but not essential.
