We are seeking a commercially aware and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide essential day-to-day support to the CEO and wider leadership team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the centre of a fast-moving business, ensuring both leadership and office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will play a critical role in managing priorities, maintaining structure, and enabling the leadership team to operate at pace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Oversee inbox management, prioritising communications and responding where appropriate
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly
  • Arrange travel and accommodation efficiently and accurately
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups, ensuring nothing is missed and priorities stay on track
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support expenses processing and general administrative requirements
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, including supplies and general organisation
  • Coordinate events and internal activities as required
  • Anticipate challenges such as scheduling conflicts or logistical issues and proactively resolve them
About You
  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
  • Professional, personable, and confident interacting with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Experience supporting senior executives such as CEOs, CFOs, or leadership teams
  • Comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience coordinating events and managing logistics
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Slack
