To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join us on our mission to build the next generation of billion-dollar startups.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment journey, from needs assessment and talent mapping to interviews, negotiations, and seamless placements.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pools that are industry agnostic, using data-driven insights and creative sourcing to fill roles faster and smarter.
- Lead debriefs and strategy sessions with internal teams and clients, refining processes to scale our reach and results.
About You:
