Harrison Clarke is a leading Search & Venture firm that brings together the top 1% of Cloud, Data and AI talent. We are seeing a strong demand for top-tier engineering talent that can build, shape and scale tech startups. To support this growth, we are looking for a Marketing specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy.

You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, understand which channels drive high‑quality leads and collaborate with internal teams, deliver social media marketing, influencer activity and email marketing. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities across all the business
  • Owning B2B marketing strategy end-to-end, from positioning and messaging through to demand generation planning and measurement
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Lead planning and day‑to‑day delivery of social media marketing campaigns
  • Take ownership of the marketing accounts, and create and ideate with long‑term strategic vision
  • Sales and Marketing are working as one system
  • Audit current activity and identify gaps across pipeline, attribution, and conversion
  • Create tighter marketing to sales handoffs
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing and email marketing
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Hands‑on experience delivering high‑quality events
  • Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue
  • An interest in paid social and performance marketing
