As a Senior Contract Recruiter at Harrison Clarke, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across the startup and scale-up ecosystem. You will support the growth of the business by delivering contract recruitment solutions across specialist technology markets within the US.

About you

  • 2+ years experience in Tech recruitment.
  • Strong interest in technology, startups, and venture-backed businesses, with a naturally curious mindset and a desire to understand how technologies, markets, candidates, and clients evolve.
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
  • A natural relationship builder: confident, commercially minded, and invested in long-term candidate and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment journey: role intake, talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
  • Conduct interviews and qualification calls to ensure strong candidate-role alignment.
  • Build and nurture high-quality, diverse talent pipelines across Cloud, Data, AI, and Software Engineering (industry agnostic).
  • Use data-driven insights and creative sourcing strategies to deliver faster, smarter hiring outcomes.
