As a Principal Researcher, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to partner with founders, investors, and senior leaders, skillfully investigating their vision to source exceptional senior engineering talent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Harrison Clarke's research strategy, mentoring Researchers and Senior Researchers, and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Research, you will contribute to departmental planning, optimize productivity, and foster strong client and candidate relationships to ensure longâterm growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Partners with the CEO, Director, and Learning & Development on business strategies, such as hiring, while also driving an entrepreneurial spirit and culture, delivering on the company's vision and exemplifying the company's values.
- Partners closely with Learning & Development on training with the goal of growing future leaders.
- Oversees the ongoing operations of the recruiting division within a profit centre.
- Leads morning/afternoon huddles and oneâonâones, including goal setting, daily targets, ensuring recruiters have a solid plan and are set up for success.
- Oversees employment decisions at the frontline level, typically managing individual contributors; works handsâon as a recruiter and carries leadership responsibilities such as setting monthly development plans.
- Maintains clientâfacing responsibilities, working with Tier 1 backed clients, including reviewing the current pipeline, sharing feedback from the client regarding candidates, and relaying feedback to candidates about the interview process.
- Ensures sales targets are met by managing client relationships, developing new clients, and ensuring the team meets recruiting targets.
- Interviews internal candidates to assist with the growth of Harrison Clarke.
- Promotes communication and cooperation among divisions to create a spirit of unity in the organisation.
- Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organisation.
