To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join us on our mission to build the next generation of billion-dollar startups.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment journey, from needs assessment and talent mapping to interviews, negotiations, and seamless placements.
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pools that are industry agnostic, using data-driven insights and creative sourcing to fill roles faster and smarter.
  • Lead debriefs and strategy sessions with internal teams and clients, refining processes to scale our reach and results.

About You:

  • 2+ years experience in a recruitment or sales-based role.
  • If you're ambitious, adaptable and willing to work hard, we want to hear from you!
  • You thrive in ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities with energy, empathy, and a bias for action.
