Harrison Clarke Group is looking for a commercially driven and creative Head of Marketing to lead and shape the marketing strategy across our portfolio of brands. Based in London, this is a high-impact, hands-on role with the opportunity to define how we position ourselves in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
About the Role
As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of the overarching marketing vision for Harrison Clarke Group, ensuring alignment across all entities while elevating brand presence and market positioning. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our identity, driving audience engagement, and scaling our reach across multiple channels. A key focus of this role will be leveraging and growing our podcast as a core marketing asset—transforming it into a powerful platform for brand building, audience growth, and industry influence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing a cohesive, group-wide marketing strategy
- Defining and strengthening brand identity across all Harrison Clarke entities
- Owning and scaling the company’s podcast strategy, including growth, distribution, and monetisation
- Leading multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and social platforms
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing with commercial objectives
- Analysing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement
- Building and managing external partnerships, media relationships, and brand collaborations
