As a Recruitment Consultant at Harrison Clarke, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across the startup and scale-up ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment journey: role intake, talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement
- Build and nurture high-quality, diverse talent pipelines across Cloud, Data, AI, and Software Engineering (industry agnostic)
- Use data-driven insights and creative sourcing strategies to deliver faster, smarter hiring outcomes
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to support scale and long-term partnerships
- 1+ year experience in recruitment or a tech sales-based role
- Strong interest in technology, startups, and venture-backed businesses, with a naturally curious mindset and a desire to understand how technologies, markets, candidates, and clients evolve
- Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
- A natural relationship builder: confident, commercially minded, and invested in long-term candidate and client relationships
