Harrison Clarke Group is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to work across our portfolio of five businesses. This is a critical leadership role, working directly with the CEO to drive operational excellence, scalability, and performance across the group.
About the Role
As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for optimising and aligning operations across all Harrison Clarke entities. You will act as a key partner to the CEO, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution across the business. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the CEO to define and execute group-wide strategic initiatives
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across all five businesses within the group
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
- Implementing operational frameworks, systems, and best practices
- Driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment between teams
- Monitoring key performance metrics and ensuring accountability across the business
- Managing change and ensuring smooth integration of new processes or initiatives
