We are seeing a strong demand for top-tier engineering talent that can build, shape and scale tech startups. To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join us on our mission to build the next generation of billion-dollar startups.

As a recruitment consultant, your focus is on delivery and revenue, not cold sales:

  • Deliver across 12–15 live roles at any one time without dropping quality
  • Work multiple positions across America (Silicon Valley)
  • Proactively source and engage candidates, using LinkedIn effectively
  • Build relationships, creating a deep and broad network of candidates
  • Work closely with senior consultants and directors to hit performance goals

About You

  • 1+ year experience in a recruitment or sales-based role.
  • If you’re ambitious, adaptable and willing to work hard, we want to hear from you!
  • You thrive in ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities with energy, empathy, and a bias for action.
  • You are a natural relationship builder, naturally curious and charismatic.
  • Have a self-driven nature, and the motivation to get stuff done!
