Harrison Clarke Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to work across our portfolio of five businesses. This is a hands-on role, working directly with the CEO to drive operational excellence, scalability, and performance across the group.
About the Role
As Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimising and aligning operations across all Harrison Clarke entities. You will act as a key partner to the CEO, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution across the business. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the CEO to define and execute group-wide strategic initiatives
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across all five businesses within the group
