As a Customer Success Lead at Harrison Clarke, you will be responsible for helping to ensure our customers achieve value from our platform and that we’re helping them to achieve their business goals while providing strategic guidance to our customers throughout their journey. Being the named person to all our clients, you are on every client call, running weekly check-ins, quarterly reviews, spotting issues early and keeping momentum moving. You will need to uncover potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities and demonstrate competency in all internal processes & practices by providing continuous support to our research team while mentoring them.
About you
- 3+ years as a Customer Success Lead or Account Management role within a B2B SaaS environment or a recruitment agency environment.
- Strong desire to tackle hard customer problems and proven ability to do so with little or no direct daily supervision.
- Able to build relationships with different levels of stakeholders within a client organisation.
- Strong customer support and emotional intelligence qualities with the ability to understand the customer’s desired strategy and be a trusted customer advocate.
- A “customer first”, detail-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks.
