Harrison Clarke is seeking a highly strategic, organised, and driven Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, offering unparalleled exposure across all areas of the group and the opportunity to help shape and execute our most important priorities.
About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to drive strategic initiatives, improve organisational effectiveness, and ensure alignment across the Harrison Clarke Group. You will operate across all five businesses within the group, gaining a holistic view of the organisation while playing a key role in its growth and performance. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to have a tangible impact on business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the CEO to define, prioritise, and execute strategic initiatives
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the group to ensure alignment and progress
- Preparing materials, insights, and analysis to support key decision-making
- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements across the business
- Supporting internal communications and ensuring clarity on priorities and objectives
- Acting as a sounding board and trusted advisor to the CEO
