As our new Recruitment Business Partner, you will work closely with Equity Partners, Heads of Teams and senior stakeholders to manage and execute challenging searches for legal professionals. Your ability to headhunt from passive markets, build strong relationships and deliver a first‑class candidate experience will be essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end legal recruitment processes, including market mapping, talent pipelining, headhunting, offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, Equity Partners and Heads of Teams to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, covering interview processes and offer negotiations.
  • Utilise creative headhunting techniques to secure high‑quality legal professionals from passive markets.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and candidates to craft attractive, realistic offers and navigate counter‑offers.
  • Lead briefing sessions, run agency days and contribute to team development and collaboration.
  • Drive the development of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) messaging and support social media campaigns to promote the firm’s culture.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing strategy, including content creation and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, and represent the firm in front of the camera.
  • Deliver headhunting campaigns in challenging markets, applying resilience and creative problem‑solving to attract top talent.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Specialist experience recruiting legal professionals and proficiency in market mapping and headhunting.
  • Proven stakeholder‑management skills, working closely with senior partners and team heads.
  • Strong negotiation background with a track record of managing counter‑offers and creating realistic offers.
  • Resilience in difficult searches and the ability to deliver results in challenging markets.
  • Team‑oriented mindset, leading recruitment initiatives such as briefings and agency days.
  • Confidence on camera and the ability to represent the firm in digital media.
  • Passion for candidate experience, consistently striving to make every interaction positive and seamless.
