We are currently looking for a well-organised individual with good attention to detail to join the support staff in our Private Client team. The team has been awarded Private Client Team of the Year and is top tier in the Legal 500 and Chambers. Based in Cambridge and reporting to the Legal Support Manager, you will provide efficient administrative support to the Partners and fee earners within the team. This position could be full-time or part-time, to suit someone looking to work reduced hours, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities of a Legal Support Administrator include:
- Undertaking administrative tasks for the team including room booking and diary management
- Assisting with secretarial duties where required, which may involve audio typing and producing bills
- Undertaking project work for the team and collating information from key individuals
- Working on legal documents, file opening and closing, production of paper and electronic bundles
- Taking telephone calls and fielding enquiries as appropriate
- Distribution of the post and scanning as necessary
- Supporting the archiving process
- Filing, organising, scanning, copying, and faxing legal documents

As a Legal Support Administrator, you will have:
