Join our Commercial Disputes team! We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and ambitious Partner/Senior Associate to join our market leading Dispute Resolution team at our Central England office in Northampton. It is a great opportunity to develop your career as you work on complex commercial disputes, with a clear path to grow and progress within a highly ranked team!
The team works on a wide variety of highly technical cases for businesses, institutions and high net worth individuals across technology and engineering, investment products and services, and private international law. They also work on civil fraud claims, warranty claims, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence matters, with cases that can involve technical insolvency issues.
At HCR, we pride ourselves on providing an environment where legal professionals can flourish. With over 60 lawyers, our Dispute Resolution team provides a supportive environment in which the successful applicant will be encouraged to develop and execute their own tailored development plan.
Your role: In addition to providing a first-class service to clients, as a senior lawyer in our Dispute Resolution team, you will work closely with other senior dispute resolution lawyers to help manage and shape the future of the team both on the ground in Northampton and across our 10 offices. You will also be encouraged to work collaboratively with lawyers from across the firm, to share ideas and to build new work streams.

- 8 yrs+ PQE
- Significant experience of handling complex and high value Dispute Resolution work
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
