We are a unique school set on the Sussex and Surrey border, and we are looking for a strong Sous Chef with a passion for making our boarding students' experience one they will look back on fondly. The position will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes, and the applicant needs to be organised, clean, and enthusiastic to deliver a high standard of service.
The ideal candidates will have proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 40 hours per week, on a rota basis (see below), term-time only.

- Sunday 8-5
- Monday 11-7
- Tuesday OFF
- Wednesday 8-3
- Thursday 8-4
- Friday 6-2
- Saturday OFF
