We are a unique school set on the Sussex and Surrey border, and we are looking for a strong Sous Chef with a passion for making our boarding students’ experience one they will look back on fondly.
The ideal candidates will have proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working 40 hours per week, on a rota basis, term-time only.
