How to prepare for a job interview at Harrison Catering Services

Know Your Culinary Standards

Make sure you’re well-versed in the food standards expected by the company. Brush up on your knowledge of seasonal ingredients and how to create innovative menus that align with their ethos. This will show that you’re not just a chef, but a passionate advocate for quality food.

Showcase Your Management Skills

Prepare examples of how you've successfully managed kitchen teams in the past. Think about specific challenges you faced and how you overcame them. Highlighting your junior management experience will demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire others in a school catering environment.
