Position
Chef Manager β responsible for providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, managing the catering team, maintaining stock control, and planning menus.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00, 40 hours per week, term time only (52 weeks).
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
- Proven craft and management skills.
- Passion for fresh food.
- Previous client liaison experience.
