We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic SEO Manager to join our team. If you're someone with experience of search marketing looking to take the next step, then this could be the role for you!
A few things you probably need to know:
- 2+ years' hands-on experience in SEO, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience in PPC an advantage, ideally in an agency environment
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush & Google Search Console
- Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical SEO
- Experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
- Comfortable using GA4 and Looker Studio for reporting and analysis
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong written communication skills including ad copy and reporting
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
- Commercially minded with an understanding of how digital activity drives results
- Proactive with a genuine interest in digital marketing innovation
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering SEO strategy and activity across a portfolio of client accounts including audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical recommendations
- Using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console and GA4 to monitor performance and spot opportunities
- Setting up, managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
- Writing and testing ad copy that's on brand and aligned with client goals
- Planning, building and managing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Keeping a close eye on budgets, bid strategy and performance across active campaigns
- Writing clear, insightful reports that make performance easy for clients to understand
- Presenting results and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
- Acting as a trusted digital contact for your clients and building strong working relationships
- Staying on top of algorithm updates, platform changes and emerging best practice
- Keeping accurate records of campaign activity within our CRM and project management tools
- Working closely with our wider Client Services and Studio teams to deliver joined up results
