We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with some experience of digital marketing looking to take the next step and support our marketing team with exciting work for our clients.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1‑2 years’ experience in digital marketing with a basic understanding of SEO, PPC and paid social
  • Passionate about all things digital marketing and strategy
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Comfortable taking feedback and applying it to improve performance
  • Curious and proactive in suggesting new ideas and opportunities
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for ad copy and content ideas
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Fast‑learner, multi‑tasker and natural problem solver
  • Sociable with a desire to work in a motivated and fun team
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Ads, Google Analytics or social ad platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting research to support content and optimisation strategies
  • Implementing metadata and on‑page SEO optimisation
  • Using SEO tools such as Ahrefs to analyse performance and identify opportunities
  • Supporting less technical SEO tasks and basic site optimisations
  • Generating content ideas aligned with keyword and search intent research
  • Monitoring PPC accounts to ensure campaigns are running effectively
  • Reviewing and addressing platform recommendations where appropriate
  • Writing and testing ad copy to improve performance
  • Assisting with PPC reporting and performance analysis
  • Supporting campaign ideation and planning alongside senior team members
  • Drafting ad copy for paid social campaigns
  • Monitoring paid social accounts and flagging performance trends or issues
  • Suggesting new opportunities for testing, optimisation or expansion
