We’re looking for an awesome and experienced addition to our Client Services team. If you’re an Account Manager looking to take the next step in your career, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

A few things you probably need to know… We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and start building lasting relationships with our clients. You ideally need a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an agency environment, a passion for marketing and excellent communication skills.

What you’ll be doing:
  • You’ll be part of the team managing the relationship with clients and delivering first-class levels of customer service
  • Managing client campaigns, making sure all the elements of that campaign are built, implemented and managed on time and to budget
  • Progressing marketing activity prescribed for the client
  • Planning and delivering marketing campaigns for clients whilst also keeping up to date with the latest trends
  • Keeping in touch with clients at key points and proactively reporting results to them
  • Dealing with any account issues and resolving with the help of internal teams
  • Leading client meetings
  • Quality assuring the information we receive and send to the client
  • Documenting your work with each client including the use of our job CRM system
  • Reviewing results with the team to ensure that everything is on track for the client
  • Identifying any opportunities for growth with your clients and ensuring profitability of your accounts
  • Getting to know our clients and their wider business, ensuring we are positioned as a key partner and extension of their team
  • Occasional travel to client meetings
