About You

• Significant experience at senior level in energy solutions and/or engineering services
• Commercial acumen with P&L experience upwards of £40m
• Ability to work from offices in Glasgow
• A track record of leading growth, transformation, and operational improvement
• The ability to balance strategy with execution
• Exceptional people leadership and change management skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability
