At Harrison.ai, we’re redefining what’s possible in healthcare. Through our diagnostic AI solutions, we’re building tools that support clinicians to deliver earlier, more accurate diagnoses and raise the standard of care for millions of patients worldwide. Our mission is bold but simple: to scale global healthcare capacity and create a fairer, healthier world. By using AI as a co-pilot for clinicians, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, the shortage of human expertise, and giving every patient the chance to access timely, high-quality care, no matter where they live.

Harrison.ai is in an exciting phase of rapid growth in the UK, and we’re seeking a proactive, commercially astute Account Executive to help drive our expansion and sales strategy across Southern UK (south of Birmingham). This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening our presence, generating revenue, and building long-term, trusted relationships with imaging leaders across the NHS.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will design and execute territory plans, drive solution sales through direct engagement and channel partnerships, and consistently grow market share and customer impact within your assigned region. This role requires someone with strong radiology domain knowledge. Ideally a Radiographer or a professional who can demonstrate deep knowledge in imaging. Who can confidently engage clinicians, think creatively to open new opportunities, and take initiative to get in front of customers.

Joining our dynamic and fast-growing organisation offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. You will have the autonomy to shape the commercial trajectory of your region, build a robust client and partner network, and be hands-on in engaging NHS Teams. This will include travel, with periodic early starts or late finishes where needed.

Ultimately, you will play a key role in scaling transformational technology across radiology, improving patient outcomes and creating significant lasting positive impact in healthcare.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage NHS radiology stakeholders with credibility, acting as a trusted advisor through strong clinical imaging domain knowledge (radiographer background strongly preferred).
  • Frequently meet customers face-to-face across the territory, proactively visiting sites, driving engagement, and supporting adoption.
  • Identify, create and open new opportunities through creative problem-solving, market insights, and proactive outreach.
  • Be willing to flex work hours when required for key commercial activities (e.g., major opportunities, early/late clinical sessions, strategic meetings).
  • Support customer events, clinical demos, and NHS engagement activities to drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
  • Execute full business development and sales cycles from initial presentation to deal closing.
  • Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts.
  • Provide strategic input and direction for navigating the market.
  • Provide a detailed regional market plan for total addressable market and penetration for AI solutions.
  • Liaise with product teams and product owners to provide market feedback and inputs.
  • Develop and maintain a quantifiable and qualified pipeline and meet and exceed Bookings target within assigned region.
  • Meet with customers frequently to promote Harrison.ai capabilities, obtain feedback, and measure progress toward goals.
  • Work closely with the leadership team within the assigned region to develop plans, and monthly measures for sales.
  • Assist the Regional Director to develop documented strategy and plan for marketing and sales for the region.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity information within Salesforce Sales Cloud including products, pricing, status and timelines.
  • Create, update, review and progress opportunities to ensure accuracy in sales forecasting against quarterly targets.
  • Provide activity reports or attend regional sales calls with the Regional Director to report on regional sales activities.
  • Generation of sales proposals and customer quotations through the appropriate Harrison.ai processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Creative commercial problem-solver, able to identify, create, and advance new opportunities.
  • Self-starter with strong personal accountability and ability to operate autonomously.
  • Experience in radiology environments (e.g. PACS, RIS, imaging AI) and relevant clinical workflow knowledge.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a growth mindset and willingness to refine approach based on real-world customer experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience of NHS procurement pathways.
  • Exceptional customer-facing professionalism — listens well, asks insightful questions, builds consensus, and advances opportunities.
  • Strong ethics and experience operating within a structured or regulated sales environment.
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel (up to 50%).

Nice to have skills and characteristics:

  • Experience selling into NHS radiology services or imaging networks.
  • Strong experience executing the full business development and sales cycle from first conversation to deal closing.
