As a Shop Manager you will take ownership of your own shop, providing great customer service and the best standards of coffee and food. You will pride yourself on keeping your customers happy through fantastic service, whilst growing and developing your own team.
What you can expect:
- Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £4,500 per annum (dependant on role and shop).
