- Deliver clear, structured, and engaging training sessions on both financial and administrative software, ensuring users feel confident in their day-to-day tasks.
- Develop a thorough understanding of how our finance and administration systems interact, and communicate this clearly and effectively to clients.
- Ongoing Client Support
- Provide approachable, professional guidance to clients on best practice within the scope of our software solutions.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a patient, clear, and professional approach when engaging with clients in person or remotely.
- Confident computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong Excel skills are particularly advantageous.
- A proficient level of numeracy and financial awareness; full training will be provided on our systems and on finance within the local council sector.
- A structured, process-oriented mindset with the ability to work within established procedures and contribute to their efficient management.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently with confidence and initiative.
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with finance software such as Sage Accounts, Xero, or similar packages.
- Prior experience in finance reporting or supporting financial data management.
- Previous experience working in local government or within a software business.
