The Role
- Property Valuations: Visit residential properties to assess market value, provide accurate pricing based on local market knowledge, advise vendors on pricing strategies to achieve a sale.
- Winning Instructions: Pitch agency services to homeowners, convert valuations into signed listing agreements, compete with other agents to secure business.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with sellers, provide advice on presentation, staging, and timing, maintain regular contact throughout the selling process.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with local property trends, monitor comparable sales and market activity, advise clients on demand, pricing, and competition.
- Marketing Coordination: Work with sales teams to launch properties, ensure listings are accurate and attractive, liaise on photos and online listings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Meet targets for instructions and listings, track leads, appointments, and conversions, report performance to branch manager.
