Location: Tendring, Essex
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8.30am-5.30pm, Fridays: 8.30am-5.00pm, Saturday: 8.30am-4.00pm (with one weekday off)
Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing client relationships.
- Growing market share and winning new Lettings instructions.
- Supporting the Negotiator to find suitable Tenants.
- Staying updated with changes in Industry Legislation.
- Being an Ambassador for Harris and Wood Lettings at all times.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in this role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong market knowledge and adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Client-focused attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturdays) and evenings where required.
