Position Overview
Harris Williams seeks a Talent Coordinator in our London, UK office to provide mission-critical support to the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management European team through the full life cycle of an employee.

Build your knowledge of what makes HW a unique employer within the world of investment banking. Ask questions along the way to deepen your understanding of the M&A process and industry groups.
Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition
- Interview Coordination: Assist with CV review, schedule candidate interviews from initial recruiter screens to in-person Super Days; manage feedback collection.
- Candidate Experience Management & Communications: Manage day-of Super Day logistics, including coordinating candidate travel, expenses and interview details communications.
- System Administration: Assist with the new hire approval process, maintain iCIMS candidate database and Workday job postings.
- On/Offsite Events: Provide support for HW recruiting events in London and Frankfurt; support on-campus and in-office event design; manage calendar invites, coordinate travel and event logistics; provide day-of event execution.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hire immigration process; support Day 1 logistics to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities – Talent Management
- Employee support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide efficient guidance by directing employees to the relevant team.
- Offboarding: Assist with the employee offboarding process – drafting reference letters, confirm outstanding vacation/leave balances; coordinate with payroll for final payments; schedule exit interviews; prepare and update all necessary offboarding forms.
- Vendor Management: Oversee the onboarding of new vendors, liaise with legal teams to amend contracts, monitor outstanding invoices and partner with finance to ensure timely payment and smooth ongoing vendor relationships.
- Training: Support the delivery and administration of employee training programmes.
- Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects relating to employee development, learning & development, inclusion, and performance management.
What We Are Looking For

- Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; ability to make decisions independently when necessary.
- Ability to meet deadlines and execute efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Self-driven yet collaborative approach that builds interpersonal networks and can influence.

Base Salary
£40,000 – 50,000 GBP. Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. Role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
